Our Abuse Policy

OUTBOXED does not in any way offer the use of it’s systems to send unsolicited messages.

With each SPAM report received, OUTBOXED will investigate the case thoroughly. Should OUTBOXED find that the case is valid and the complainant has indeed been sent unsolicited mail, we will endeavour to do the following:

  1. Send an official written warning to the offending party.
  2. Charge a R600 admin fee to the offending party (For the Investigation, Reporting and resolution of the matter).
  3. Remove the complainant from the offending database with immediate effect.

Any client who receives three or more written warnings within a period of six months will result in termination of services.
